Come Watch the 157th Yale Harvard Regatta
Saturday, June 8, 2023
Gales Ferry, CT
The Yale Crew Association has once again invited members of the Yale Club of Hartford to watch the 157th Yale-Harvard regatta, the oldest intercollegiate athletic contest in the United States.
The Yale Heavyweight Crew will be rowing Saturday, June 8 along the Thames River near New London, CT. This will be an exciting contest given Yale's strong performance on May 19 at the Eastern Sprints Rowing Regatta in Worcester, MA. The 1V won bronze, 2V finished 5th, 3V won bronze, 4V won gold, and 5V won silver. Yale was the only team in the league to have all of their crews advance from the heats to the grand finals.
Once again, our club will coordinate car pools for those interested in sharing a ride to and from Gales Ferry. Please see instructions below.
